Gustos started as a food truck chasing a simple idea: the best smash burger in Fort Worth didn't exist yet — so we'd build it. Crispy lace edges. Caramelized onions smashed into the patty. A sauce we made in small batches until we got it right.
Today we're parked permanently on 7th Ave — same obsession, now with cold beer, a DJ booth, and a kitchen that stays open till midnight every single night.
